Michael Nesmith is known for having some of the most interesting and confounding lyrics in his songs. More than one listener has been sent scrambling for their dictionary to search out the meaning of obscure words. The goal of this site (beyond simply figuring out the words) is to allow for the appreciation of the skill that Nez used to craft these songs beyond simple music and into pure art. Additionally the site features lyrics to the songs sung, but not written, by Nez.
